Construction contract for the 3rd phase of the Saarijärvi School and Culture Centre.

New construction of the Saarijärvi school and cultural centre. The construction will be carried out in three phases as separately tendered contracts. The area of the 1st phase of the building is approx. 5,500 m2 and the area of the 2nd phase is approx. 6,700 m2. The 3rd stage includes the habituation of yards and courtyard buildings.

Phase 3 of the project takes the form of a shared contract. Separate earthworks (=main), construction and, electrical works will be carried out at the site.

The building is a precast concrete 3-storey building with facades of masonry brick and wood cladding.

The construction of phase 1 has started in spring 2019 and will be completed in autumn 2020. The construction of the second phase began in spring 2021 and was completed in autumn 2022.

The construction of phase 3 will begin in spring 2023 and be completed in summer 2024.
