Since the contracting authority wishes to provide sound accountability and must comply with laws and regulations and therefore wishes to have an external party audited its financial statements, it is looking for an appropriate auditor.

The current contract period ends with the audit of financial year 2020, and due to the expiry of the contract, the contracting authority has launched this European procurement procedure.

The contracting authority is looking for an external party to provide auditing services. The audit services include, in addition to the statutory audit of the financial statements, activities arising from the natural advisory function of the auditor, related to the certification function.
