Framework Agreement with Purchase Orders for the preventive and corrective maintenance of doors, gates and lifting barriers for the Nîmes-Laudun-Larzac Defence Base (ESID 24-103)

The public contract is awarded in accordance with the tender procedure pursuant to Articles L.2320-1, L.2324-2 and R.2324-2 of the French Public Procurement Code. Framework agreement with purchase orders (single contractor) in accordance with Articles R.2362-1 to R.2362-6 and R.2362-8 of the French Public Procurement Code.The purpose of this framework agreement is the preventive and corrective maintenance of doors, gates and lifting barriers for the Nîmes-Laudun-Larzac Defence Base (ESID 24-103)The services include:- a start-up phase lasting three (3) months during which the contractor must draw up an exhaustive inventory of the installations of each of the rights-of-way and provide the purchaser with an annual schedule-the performance of preventive and corrective maintenance of the facilities of each of the rights-of-way. On-call duty will also be required on weekends and public holidays as well as during non-working hours on working days.
