Purchase of duty scheduling software for all scheduled employees and all employees in flexitime.

In the first step, the medical service is transferred from the previous SAP system to the new duty scheduling software (incl. time management/wage type generation), in the second step the care and other duty-scheduled areas, in the third step the transfer of flexitime from SAP to the new duty scheduling. The two pilot clinics (anesthesiology approx. 150 doctors, Med. I approx. 110 doctors, TV doctors) and a TV-L area (central sterilisation) will be gradually equipped with the new roster software accompanied by the roster company. After the master keyuser training (MKU) and the rollout of the first three areas mentioned above has taken place, it is assumed that the further rollout can be carried out via the MKU itself (in exceptional cases with the support of the software company).
