The object of the procurement is a tool for the Finnish Defence Forces' service for the management of company housing and the acquisition of websites related to the provision of the service.

The Finnish Defence Forces Service Centre manages the Defence Administration's service apartments (approximately 1300 units). Company housing refers to an apartment rented to defence administration personnel on the basis of an employment relationship, for which the resident pays rent. The Finnish Defence Forces' Service Centre may allocate rent subsidies to apartments in accordance with current regulations.

Agreement period 1.1.2024 - 31.12.2026.

The Client has the right to extend the contract for the period 1.1.2027 - 31.12.2027 (option period 1) and for the period 1.1.2028 - 31.12.2028 (option period 2).
