The mission that is the subject of this contract aims to:- collect data from any related projects in order to verify the compatibility of co-activity. - carry out the regular updating and validation of the documents drawn up as part of the study mission already carried out with the partners concerned and in particular the general organization scheme of the works and the constraints specific to the sites and their interactions - manage the interfaces, monitor the work and the technical and organizational update with the various stakeholders on the site, including concessionaires- take all measures to be informed or inform the various actors, control the organization of the sites, propose solutions to meet any site constraints and validate a common solution to the stakeholders concerned- ensure compliance, on each site, with the principles of organization and common provisions that will have been defined at the commitment or progress of the site (management of construction companies construction site, access management, crane installations, storage site management, cantonment locations, site cleanliness, etc. - check that all measures have been taken to ensure the smooth running of operations without impact on other sites and actors and in compliance with the schedules set at the start of the works- manage any necessary relationship with the public services, on points having an impact on the public space, as part of the organization of the ZAC site and the pole- point out the progress of the general planning of the organization of the site of the ZAC and the selected pilot pole will therefore have to: - take all measures to be informed or inform the various actors, control the organization of the sites, propose solutions to meet any site constraints and validate a common solution to the stakeholders concerned- check that all measures have been taken to ensure the smooth running of operations without impact on the other sites and actors and in compliance with the schedules set at the initiation of the works - inform the SPL Plaine Commune Développement of the impact of the organization of construction sites on the work it must carry out in order to limit both the interactions between the companies and the duration of its site
