The Oslo and Akershus University College (HiOA) shall procure a net based mapping service that students and visitors can use on own units (mobiles, tablets, etc.) and that enables the user to find the right direction in and between the University College's buildings.

The services shall be available through software on the mobile telephone and tablets (henceforth referred to as apps) and through browsers.
