Construction contract, tenant adaptation of port warehouse in Frihamnen, Stockholm. Tenant adaptation will take place on two levels in the building.

Floor 3, comprising approximately 3,700 sqm (office, photo studio and studio) and floor 0, comprising approximately 1,000 sqm (warehouse and showroom with movable blocks/folding walls).

The contract comprises overall:

Finishes floor, walls, ceiling

Grinding, treatment, polishing of existing concrete floor

New partitions, glass sections, portals and door sections

New suspended ceilings, suspended picking ceilings and sound absorbers.

New installations such as Electrical, Plumbing, Ventilation, Cooling, Heating

New block walls including load-bearing structure for this.

Construction of new paving next to entrance showroom
