The subject of the contract to be awarded is the full operation of the Technical Hallors and Saline Museum. For this purpose, the museum, which is currently being renovated, is transferred to the bidder by means of an operating contract, which he has to operate according to his own concept, taking into account the specifications of the city of Halle (Saale) and in coordination with the latter. The operation is at the operator's own economic risk, the city of Halle contributes to the costs of the operation through a fixed, negotiable grant payment. When operating the museum, a synergy between the content requirements and a strong experience and stay character should be created, which permanently attracts a wide range of target groups.

The museum is transferred to the bidder by means of an operating contract and is to be operated by the bidder at his own risk, if necessary with a subsidy payment. For the operation of the Technical Hallors and Saline Museum, the following listed services are to be performed by the contractor in coordination with the city of Halle (Saale) and the Salzwirker Brotherhood in Thale zu Halle:
