The purpose of the contract is the preventive and corrective maintenance of doors, curtains and automatic barriers installed in the municipal buildings of the City and the CCAS of Levallois. The contract is subject to the provisions of the Public Procurement Code. This document is referred to as "the Code". Qualified as a service contract, it is subject to the provisions of the "FCS" CCAG. This procedure is an open tendering procedure, subject to the provisions of the articles of the Code. It constitutes a framework agreement with purchase orders subject to the provisions of Articles L.2125-1 and R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 of the Code. It will be awarded to a single holder for a maximum period of four years, including renewals. The annual amount is €400,000 (excl. VAT), of which €30,000 (excl. VAT) is reserved for the CCAS for corrective maintenance, with no minimum amount, to which is added the global and fixed price of preventive maintenance, as set out in the contractor's offer
