This notice of public tendering does not fall within the scope of public procurement legislation.

This is a collective contract with optional membership for department agents.

The guarantee sought is the reimbursement of daily allowances, salary supplements and bonuses in the event of incapacity for work or disability, pension supplement due to disability, or payment of capital in the event of death, to the benefit of community staff.

The contract concerns civil servants and employees of public and private law.

The contract is concluded for a period of five years from 1.1.2022.

This involves the establishment of pension guarantees, in favour of the marine personnel of the department meeting the conditions for admission for the underwritten guarantees, in order to grant them a right to payment of benefits, at the expense of the insurer, in the event of the risk of disability, disability and death.

This is an insurance contract “Supplementary insurance group” within the meaning of Article L. 141-1 of the Code of Insurance with compulsory membership of employees under private marine law of the department of La Charente-Maritime.

In order to benefit from the guarantees of this collective agreement, the subscriber shall enrol all its staff in eligible activity.

The contract is concluded for a period of five years from 1.1.2022.
