The subject of the framework agreement is the transition from the economic and personnel accounting software MS Dynamics NAV 2017 to its newer version, which is called Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) from 2018 and its development and maintenance work. The content of the software development and maintenance works is the transition of the customer from the version of the existing software to the new version and the addition of functionalities and, if necessary, the creation of new functionalities, as well as, until the transition to BC, the development and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017 and the provision of support services (hereinafter collectively referred to as work or works), which the contractor undertakes to carry out in accordance with the basic documents of the public procurement, the framework agreement and the procurement contracts concluded with the contracting authority after that.
