The primary purpose of the tender procedure is to contract a professional supplier for the delivery of ICT hardware and mobile phones for the municipality of Eemsdelta io for 4 years. The objectives of the tender are:

- providing high-quality (business) ICT hardware and mobile telephones so that employees of the municipality of Eemsdelta io are optimally facilitated to perform their duties,

- offering a good and fast service in the event of malfunctions and defects, as a result of which employees are hindered as little as possible by malfunctions and defects and whereby the GemCC of the municipality is relieved,

- contracting a professional supplier of IT hardware who is familiar with / has experience with the delivery of IT hardware to municipalities and can advise and support in making choices in the field of IT hardware.
