1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of disposable medical equipment (range) to the Grochowski Hospital dr. med. Rafał Masztaka Sp. z o. o

2. A detailed range of products (detailed descriptions) and quantity can be found in Annexes 2.1 to 2.19 to the Terms of Reference.

3. Deliveries must be made by an appropriate means of transport and secured during transport - in accordance with the requirements for individual products.

4. The delivery of the assortment should be understood as the delivery of the assortment to the seat of the Employer together with bringing the assortment to the rooms indicated by the Employer's employees.

5. The minimum expiry date of the delivered assortment may not be less than 12 months from the date of delivery.

6. The payment deadline will be 60 days from the date of delivery of a correctly issued invoice to the Ordering Party, with the proviso that the invoice cannot be delivered before the receipt of the range to which it relates, by the Ordering Party.
