The contract is a contract within the framework of Plexus in which the contracting authority also acts in the name of other contracting Plexus hospitals, see I.2 Identity of the client.
The estimate of the need is the respective estimate for each of the participating Plexus hospitals. The estimate does not imply a commitment to the amount to be taken.
The purpose of this assignment is to outsource the service and maintenance of the linen and the work clothes.
This includes the delivery, collection, distribution, packaging, washing and ironing of all the below mentioned linen and work clothes for the proper daily functioning of the hospitals for a period of 5 years.
The hospital linen is rented from the tenderers, the tenderer is responsible for renting and washing. The labor attire is owned for the most part, limited rent can be requested.
The contract is an occasional joint contract as provided for in Article 48, whereby the contracting authority acts on behalf of the following contracting Plexus hospitals:
- Regional hospital H. Hart Leuven vzw, Naamsestraat 105 in B-3000 Leuven
- Regional Hospital H Hart Tienen, Kliniekstraat 45 in 3300 Tienen
- General Hospital Diest, Statiestraat 65 in B-3290 Diest
- Z.ORG KULEUVEN, Leuvensesteenweg 517 at B-3070 Kortenberg
The supplier delivers to each of the hospitals at the designated delivery places, see technical provisions (these may differ from the place of service, mentioned above, with the understanding that the delivery places may change during the course of the contract.)
The assignment is assigned to the tenderer who submits the most advantageous regular offer.
