According to the specifications, the services/work for the construction project extension of the institute building at the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Biology in Plön consist of the production of:

24 pcs wooden interior doors in 100 mm drywall 0.76 x 2.01 m to 1.01 x 2.135 m;

90 pcs wooden interior doors in 150 mm drywall 0.885 x 2.135 m to 1.26 x 2.135 m;

35 pcs wooden interior doors in 250 mm reinforced concrete walls 0.885 x 2.135 m to 1.26 x 2.135 m.

Special note regarding bidding questions due to special external events (e.g. Sars-COV-2 or Ukraine war):

When preparing your offer, please take into account any possible or recognizable impairments, e.g. with regard to the availability of materials and products, manpower, a possible delay in providing required evidence, effects on any subcontractors, etc.

Questions that arise in this context are requested to be submitted in good time before the offer deadline via the e-procurement messaging system.

Start with the execution:

within 12 working days after receipt of the request by the client (§5 para. 2, sentence 2 VOB/B); the prompt will be preceded by you. by 20.05.2024.

The service is to be completed (ready for acceptance):

within 244 working days of the above deadline for the commencement of execution.

It is expected with 6 working days/week.
