The contract is concluded at mixed prices, pursuant to Articles 4 and 5-iii of Ordinance No. 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 on public procurement and Article 17 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 on to public procurement:

- for maintenance services, this is a fixed price contract

- for the associated services, it is a framework agreement with purchase orders with a single economic operator at unit prices, applied to the quantities actually delivered or executed, with no minimum or maximum in accordance with the provisions of Articles 78 and 80 of the Decree No. 2016- 360 of 25 March 2016 relating to public procurement.

Purchase orders are issued as and when required by the person authorized by the contracting authority.
