The subject of the order is: delivery, unloading, assembly and commissioning at the place indicated by the Ordering Authority of the following devices for the Central Sterilizer. A detailed description of the equipment is contained in Annexes 2a-2j to SWZ; dismantling and disposal of existing car wash and sterilizer equipment; delivery of replacement sterilizer for a transitional period until new equipment is launched,

drawing up an architectural and construction project on the basis of the Functional and Utilities Project and obtaining all decisions, permits, opinions, expertise, etc. necessary for the proper performance of the subject of the contract and also required by law; exercise copyright supervision over work at each stage of the implementation of the investment; execution of installation works on the basis of drawn up

projects, delivery and installation of equipment, receiving receives throughout the investment process, etc.; and instructing the employees of the Ordering Party in the field of equipment operation.

Drawing up an architectural and construction project on the basis of the Functional and Utilities Project, Annex 9 to the SWZ and obtaining all decisions, permits, opinions, expertise, etc. necessary for the proper execution of the object of the contract and also required by law;

Perform authorial supervision of the work at each stage of the implementation of the investment;

Obtaining acceptance of the Contracting Authority in terms of architectural and construction project project and other necessary design documentation and to the Contracting Party a set of documentation in paper version and on the storage medium, in accordance with the requirements of the Functional and Utilities Program

Execution of construction works, installation on the basis of drafted projects,

Delivery and installation of equipment, obtaining receipts throughout the investment process;

Instruction of the Ordering Party's employees in the field of equipment operation.
