Port of Amsterdam is looking for an IT service provider with a broad service portfolio or secondment in the field of application development and infrastructure, who is able to deliver to the needs of the "business" and within IT frameworks. The needs consist of hiring (effort) and delivering products (result) and in a number of situations taking care of them throughout the lifecycle.

The purpose of the tender is to contract two parties on the basis of a partnership, so that organization-wide IT personnel and services can easily be hired through the framework agreement, which meets the needs of the "business" and the frameworks of IT. Both are described in the Program of Requirements. The assignment is twofold:

1) Fulfilling the hiring need (effort);

2) Delivering (further) development and management of applications (result)
