The Agency for Education would like three parallel framework agreement suppliers who can assist with optimising the agency to get the best possible support for the services that the agency provides. In the absence of internal capacity, services may be needed within:

• Facilitation and implementation of tailored measures related to e.g. change management, competence management, collaboration, digital and hybrid management
• Management group development
• Individual and team development
• Career guidance of managers and employees in accordance with requirements
