Teleradiological care of the hospital network ANregiomed
The ANregiomed hospital group intends to have part of its radiological services provided at its clinic sites in Ansbach, Dinkelsbühl and Rothenburg ob der Tauber by means of teleradiological diagnosis. For this purpose, an external provider for teleradiology is to be found in an open procurement procedure.
The municipal hospital network ANregiomed (hereinafter referred to as "ANregiomed") is a joint municipal enterprise, institution under public law of the district of Ansbach and the city of Ansbach. This network includes the Klinikum Ansbach (hereinafter referred to as "AN") as the main care provider, the two basic and regular care clinics Dinkelsbühl (hereinafter referred to as "DKB") and Rothenburg ob der Tauber (hereinafter referred to as "ROT") as well as the Praxisklinik Feuchtwangen. Furthermore, the MVZs in Ansbach, Dinkelsbühl, Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Feuchtwangen as well as the subsidiary for sterile goods supply ANregiomed-Instruclean-Services GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "ANIS") belong to the company.
A total of around 2,145 employees work at ANregiomed to treat around 40,000 acute inpatients every year. In addition, there are several thousand outpatients. For the treatment of acute inpatients, a total of 655 planned beds are available at Klinik Dinkelsbühl and Klinik Rothenburg (AN 360, DKB 130, ROT 165).
The aim of the tender is that from 1 June 2023, an external provider for ANregiomed will continue to provide teleradiological reporting, especially in the field of CT diagnostics. ANregiomed remains the operator of the medical devices. Currently, a permit for teleradiological operation is available until 30.11.2027 (see attachment in the document service contract). In the event of a change of external provider for teleradiological care on 1 June 2023, the resulting changes (teleradiology concept, teleradiologists, image reproduction system, teleradiology route) must be approved in good time. The teleradiologist of the provider assumes overall responsibility for the application of X-rays to humans during the teleradiological service provision in accordance with § 123 StrlSchV.
