this contract concerns the realization of the Environmental Study prior to the development project and the realization of a Project Management Mission of design and monitoring of the development project, in an environment constrained by a multiplicity of operations included, or not, in the Urban Renewal Project agreed with the National Agency for Urban Renewal. With this mission, the City intends to define the conditions for the success of the overall development of the Beauregard/Chateaubriand/Lamartine and Lorient sectors in accordance with the commitments inscribed in the NPRU Convention of the Hauts de Melun and in line with the project's guide plan defined during the Prefiguration Protocol (2016-2019).
