The subject of the contract is: a) performance of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the City of Radziejów from the owners of inhabited real estate, b) providing property owners with containers and bags for collecting municipal waste, maintaining containers in an appropriate sanitary, orderly and technical condition, and emptying them, c) providing property owners that are heated by a solid fuel heating boiler with bags for collecting ash from home furnaces and collecting them, d) equipping the point of selective collection of municipal waste (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) with containers, emptying them and maintaining them in an appropriate sanitary, orderly and technical condition, e) setting up multi-family containers for collecting glass, paper, metals and plastics, Bio, mixed waste, so-called bells, emptying them, and replacing, maintaining or repairing them in an appropriate sanitary condition, order and technical, f) inserting in the indicated 3 pharmacies appropriately marked containers for the collection of expired medicines and emptying them with a frequency that does not cause overcrowding of these containers, at least once a quarter, g) inserting containers for the collection of used batteries in the indicated 3 public buildings and emptying them with a frequency that does not cause overcrowding of these containers, at least once a quarter. The Ordering Party requires that the service be adapted to the needs of all users, including people with disabilities.
