The contract comprises 2 tasks to be carried out by the contractor including an analytical review of 2 test protocols (CEN/TC 93/WG 10/N64 and CEN/TC 93/WG 10/N99).

Task 1: research on the base slip test for leaning ladders in order to optimise the test parameters and to establish a pass/fail criterion.

Task 2: round-robin testing of the proposed base slip test protocol.
