Framework Agreement for Engineering Services related to the performance of static and technical-administrative testing of interventions to adapt and maintain the motorway infrastructure.

Static testing of the upgrading and maintenance of steel and reinforced concrete and technical and administrative works only for maintenance of the A6 Torino motorway trunk - Savona (including the Fossano motorway junction) and its appurtenances.

The services covered by this request may be discontinuous over time and divided into several orders and must be carried out as indicated by Presidential Decree 207/2010 as far as still applicable, by Legislative Decree 50/2016, by the Ministerial Decree 17.01.2018 and by the technical legislation in force.

The tendering amount represents the sum of the individual application contracts that are likely to be concluded under the Framework Agreement. The discount offered by the winning competitor will be applied only to the prices referred to in the gross business tariff determined according to the Ministerial Decree 17.06.2016 and not on the value of the framework agreement to be concluded.
