The subject of the order is the supply of a technological device for the implementation of modern, highly advanced surface engineering technologies using the arc evaporation method supported by the magnetron sputtering method.

The subject of the order is the delivery of a technological device for the implementation of modern, highly advanced surface engineering technologies using the arc evaporation method, supported by the magnetron sputtering method.

1) The technological configuration of the device should enable the production of the following coating materials:

a) coatings of metal nitrides and carbonitrides, including: monometallic and multometallic nitrides;

b) DLC coatings: aC: H: Me (metal doped DLC);

c) coatings with TiB2 or BN ceramics;

d) oxide-nitride coatings: Me1M2ON.

2) The technological configuration of the device should enable the production of multi-layer and gradient coatings, as well as allow combining in one technological process the methods listed in point 1).

3) The device should be equipped with linear plasma sources with a rotary cathode, ensuring plasma homogeneity along the entire height of the process zone in the vacuum chamber.

4) The device should have an "open" control system, providing the ability to create your own process solutions.

5) Plasma sources and the control system should allow changing the target material to something other than the one purchased under this order.

The scope of the subject of the contract also includes the delivery of the subject of the contract to the installation site at the contracting authority, at the contractor's cost and risk, as well as installation and commissioning, including the performance of all necessary operations enabling:

a) conducting control of work parameters in order to confirm compliance of the delivery with the Employer's requirements;

b) independent operation of the device by the Employer's designated personnel;

c) execution by the Employer of personnel, under the supervision of the Contractor, trial technological processes.
