The subject of the contract is the performance of the service: collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the City of Piastów, the scope of which includes: collection of municipal waste in a way that allows achieving the levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery provided for in applicable regulations by other methods and reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to the landfill in accordance with the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities and the provisions of the Waste Management Plan of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, collection of municipal waste collected in a selective manner in accordance with the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the City of Piastów, from owners of real estate residing in the City of Piastów, management (recovery and neutralization) of collected municipal waste, in accordance with the guidelines adopted in the legal regulations and provisions of the Waste Management Plan of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, equipping the property with bags and containers for the collection of individual waste fractions, Collection and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK), The municipal waste collection and management service does not include waste generated as a result of business activity and Family Allotment Gardens.Detailed scope of work is included in the Description of the Item Orders Annex 9 to the SWZ, other requirements and conditions for the performance of the contract are specified in the draft Agreement constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.
