The client is aware that there have been sharp price increases and supply bottlenecks for individual products and materials. In order to deal with volatile prices in the procurement of materials and also supply bottlenecks properly in the present procurement procedure, bidders can use the initial offer via a negotiated offer to name the items in the specifications for which, in their opinion, flexibility is required due to the current situation is necessary and submit their proposals for such flexibility, e.g. a price adjustment clause.
