The subject of the order includes the supply of electricity to GSZ-I station at 4 Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski Street in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski with a voltage of 110 kV between 01 January 2022 and 31 December 2023 for further resale and own purposes.

Estimated annual electricity consumption is: in tariff A23 — total approximately 5,685 MWh;

The Ordering Party presented the expected amount of electricity consumption. The Contracting Authority provides that the actual amount of electricity consumption may change, i.e. increase or decrease while maintaining the offered unit prices. Thus, the forecast energy consumption described does not constitute an obligation for the Contracting Authority to purchase energy at the specified amount.

The settlement for the execution of the object of the order will be carried out at prices based on the flexible model of the purchase of electricity on the basis of actual energy consumption
