V. awarded the planning contracts for the renovation and expansion of the St. Franziskus Vocational School, a vocational school for special educational support, on the grounds of the Berufsbildungswerk in Abensberg; this has already begun.

The construction of a new kindergarten at the St. Franziskus vocational training centre is now planned. Two kindergarten groups and a crèche group are planned, a total of about 40 children.

Within the framework of a step-by-step contract, the basic services of the service phases 1-9 for the object planning of buildings and interiors in accordance with § 34 para. 3 HOAI 2021, Part 3 Section 1 as well as the special services of participation in the application and billing of subsidies (including proof of use), the monitoring of the elimination of defects within the limitation period and the creation of a fire protection concept are commissioned.

A preliminary space programme for this children's home provides for around 202 m² of "eligible areas". It is to be negotiated with the government whether there is a surcharge for an integrative / inclusive concept of about 10%.
