The purpose of this consultation is to set up, for the project owner, a list of design offices that will be consulted for operations undertaken in Ile-de-France for the duration of the referencing:

- Project management missions concerning construction and/or rehabilitation operations launched under a formalized procedure;

- Demolition project management missions;

- Project management assistance missions in design-build operations.

It concerns all programmes, except in very specific cases requiring specific expertise, for which an ad hoc consultation will be launched.

Referencing is one of the selection methods provided for by the client.

Pursuant to the provisions of Article R.2194-1 of the French Public Procurement Code, this contract may be subject to modifications in order to extend the initial geographical scope of the services, regardless of the amount of these modifications.

Maximum annuel : 1 500 logements

Referencing of technical design offices for project management missions concerning rehabilitation operations launched in Ile-de-France in formalized procedure in the form of a negotiated procedure.

Maximum annuel : 2 000 logements

Referencing of technical design offices for project management missions concerning energy rehabilitation operations launched in Ile-de-France in formalized procedure in the form of a negotiated procedure.

Maximum annuel : 1 500 logements

Referencing of technical design offices for project management missions concerning demolition operations.

Maximum annuel : 1 000 logements

Referencing of technical design offices for Project Management Assistance (PMA) missions in Design-Build.

Maximum annuel : 1 500 logements
