Description:

The client ITSCare is a joint venture of AOK Baden-Württemberg, AOK Hessen and AOK Rheinland-Pfalz / Saarland (the "shareholders") within the meaning of §§ 197b SGB V, 94 Abs. 1a SGB X in the legal form of the GbR. The framework agreement is concluded with ITSCare for its shareholders.

The shareholders of the client and the accession participants intend to automate part of their business processes successively as far as possible by introducing robot-controlled process automation (RPA). For this purpose, the demand should be tendered accordingly over 2 lots (software and service). The contractor's site is sometimes referred to as the "service provider" in the contract documents for better readability and visual differentiation from the client. The terms "contractor" and "service provider" are used synonymously in the contract documents.

In addition to the client, other AOKs or their IT service providers (AOK Bayern, AOK Plus - with the IT service provider "Kubus IT GbR" and AOK Rheinland / Hamburg - with the aim of standardization within the "AOK family") should also participate IT service provider "gkv Informatik GbR") through the framework agreement lot 1. In contrast to the client, these act as potential independent beneficiaries / contractual partners of the framework agreement and enjoy an optional right of access to contract lot 1.

This right of accession must be exercised independently by the accession beneficiaries after the approval of the framework agreement. In this case, there will then be a separate contract between the accession party and the contractor regarding the contractual terms and conditions. If this accession right is not actively used by one of the beneficiaries within a period of two years after the award of the contract, no use will be made of this, the right of accession will lapse and as a result no independent contract can be concluded with the contractor and the corresponding member.

For lot 2, such an optional right of accession does not exist. Consequently, only the client ITSCare and its shareholders (AOK Baden-Württemberg, AOK Hessen and AOK Rheinland-Pfalz / Saarland) can participate in lot 2.

software

Under Lot 1, the software required for the "RPA" process (RPA platform) will be tendered by the client.

The RPA platform to be provided includes the following software applications.

- Robot development environment,

- Control center,

- Robot Engine.

The offered RPA platform must come from a single manufacturer and must not consist of modules from multiple resellers / resellers.

The contracting entity intends to make the performance of the framework agreement to be concluded available to its shareholders and other beneficiaries in accordance with Annex 7, see point "II.1.4). Short description" of this contract notice. The requirements described are the common requirements of the beneficiaries.

service

In the context of lot 2, the service required for the "RPA" process will be tendered by the client.

It is expected that the client will be dependent on consulting services provided by contractor lot 2 in the context of process implementation and other IT projects in the context of this call for tenders.
