Brief description of the contract or acquisition:

The purpose of the contract is to award two lots for the purpose of carrying out work with maintenance services in the field of fire safety: fire detection, fire alarm and fire control, annual control of fire extinguishers, reels, RIA, maintenance, maintenance and repairs of blowers and emergency unit, maintenance, maintenance and repair of smoke vents, control and maintenance of gas detections, maintenance and repair of RF doors and fire partitions.

Mandatory annual control of hose reels and RIA according to RGPT legislation and the law of well-being at work of 4.8.1996.

Supply and replacement of fire extinguishers, reels and RIA.

Realization of works with maintenance services in the field of fire safety in the buildings of SA Foyer Anderlechtois whose head office is chaussée de Mons 595, 1070 Anderlecht (about 30 buildings):

- servicing, maintenance and repairs of fire and detection panels, emergency and booster groups, alarm panels, gas detection panels, smoke outlets;

- maintenance and repair of RF doors and fire partitions.
