Factory delivery of new teaching aids to Information and Careers Points for primary and secondary schools of the municipality of Wrocław and the municipality of Czernica - broken down into 6 tasks

The subject of the order is the factory delivery of new teaching aids to Information and Careers Points for elementary and secondary schools of the municipality of Wrocław and the municipality of Czernica - broken down into 6 tasks:

1) Task 1: Supply of teaching assistance to Information and Careers Points for 8 primary schools in the Municipality of Wrocław;

2) Task 2: Supply of teaching aids supporting the work of a career counselor for 8 primary schools in the Municipality of Wrocław;

3) Task 3: Supply of teaching assistance to Information and Career Points for 5 secondary schools in the Municipality of Wrocław;

4) Task 4: Supply of teaching aids supporting the work of a career counselor for 5 secondary schools in the Municipality of Wrocław;

5) Task 5: Delivery of teaching aids to Information and Careers Points for 2 primary schools in the Municipality of Czernica;

6) Task 6: Supply of teaching aids supporting the work of a career counselor for 2 primary schools in the Municipality of Czernica.

Task 1: Supply of teaching assistance to Information and Careers Points for 8 primary schools in the Municipality of Wrocław

1. Under the Task, the Contractor shall be obliged to provide teaching assistance to the Information and Career Points (hereinafter referred to as “aids”), i.e.:

1) a set of association-based card games — 8 pieces

2) presenter — 8 pieces

3) Professional Consulting Tools Binder (package) - 8 Pieces

4) cards with values — 8 pieces

5) board game -7 pieces

for 8 elementary schools in the municipality of Wrocław.

2. A detailed description of the object of the order is contained in the Spreadsheet for Task 1, annex No 1 to swz (hereinafter referred to as 'Sheet 1'), which also specifies what is meant by 1 piece of the teaching aid in question.

3. The Contractor shall also be obliged to transport the object of the contract, unload and bring it to the designated premises in the schools and to clean up any resulting waste and uncleanliness, and to remove any damage resulting.

4. All above indicated activities will be performed at the place indicated by the Ordering Party at the premises of the designated schools:

1) Józef Piłsudski Elementary School No. 8, Kowalska street 105, 51-424 Wrocław

2) Wincenty Pola Elementary School No. 9, Nyska 66 Street, 50-505 Wrocław

3) General Leopold Okulicki Primary School no. 28, Grecka Street 59, 54-403 Wrocław

4) Primary School No. 71 Podwale 57 Street, 50—039 Wrocław

5) Primary School No. 76 with Sports Troops named after the 1st Army of the Polish Army, Wandy 13 53-320 Wrocław

6) Tadeusz Kościuszki Elementary School No 99, Głubczycka 3 Street, 52-026 Wrocław

7) School and Kindergarten No. 1, Zemska Street 16c, 54-438 Wrocław

8) Col. Pilot Bolesław Orliński Elementary School No 118, Ikara Boulevard 19, 54-130 Wrocław

5. The Contracting Authority requires that the supplied equipment be new, unused and undamaged.

6. Contract object parameters presented represent a technical minimum

and qualitative expected by the Ordering Party.

7. When delivering equipment, the Contractor is obliged to attach instructions in English.

8. The item of the order is to be packaged in a way that protects it from damage. On the Contractor of Pregnancy liability for damage or loss of the object of the contract until issued to the Ordering Party at the place of delivery, confirmed by the receipt protocol

9. Scheduled execution date: maximum up to 6 weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract (NOTE: implementation date is an assessment criterion).

10. The Contracting Authority requires that the entire object of the order for the school concerned be completed within a maximum of 1 business day.

11. Delivery should be carried out only on working days from 8.00 to 15.00, excluding Saturdays - or at any other time accepted by the Head of School.

Task 2: Supply of teaching aids supporting the work of a career counselor for 8 primary schools in the Municipality of Wrocław

1. Under the Task, the Contractor shall be obliged to provide teaching aids supporting the work of a career advisor (hereinafter referred to as “aids”), i.e.:

1) multimedia programs — 15 pieces

2) multimedia presentation of the competition — 15 pieces

3) Professions information briefcases — 8 pieces

4) multimedia professional preferences questionnaire — 8 pieces

5) multimedia guide — 15 pieces

for 8 elementary schools in the municipality of Wrocław.

2. A detailed description of the object of the order is contained in the Spreadsheet for Task 2, annex 2 to swz (hereinafter referred to as 'Sheet 2'), which also specifies what is meant by 1 piece of the teaching aid concerned.

3. The Contractor shall also be obliged to transport the object of the contract, unload and bring it to the designated premises in the schools and to clean up any resulting waste and uncleanliness, and to remove any damage resulting.

4. All above indicated activities will be performed at the place indicated by the Ordering Party at the premises of the designated schools:

1) Józef Piłsudski Elementary School No. 8, Kowalska street 105, 51-424 Wrocław

for 5 secondary schools in the municipality of Wrocław.

3. The Contractor shall also be obliged to transport the object of the contract, unload and bring it to the designated premises in the schools and to clean up any resulting waste and uncleanliness, and to remove any damage resulting.

4. All above indicated activities will be performed at the place indicated by the Ordering Party at the premises of the designated schools:

5. The Contracting Authority requires that the supplied equipment be new, unused and undamaged.

3. The Contractor shall also be obliged to transport the object of the contract, unload and bring it to the designated premises in the schools and to clean up any resulting waste and uncleanliness, and to remove any damage resulting.

4. All above indicated activities will be performed at the place indicated by the Ordering Party at the premises of the designated schools:

1) Silesian Piast Primary School in Chrząstawa Wielka, 19 Wrocławska Street, 55-003 Chrząstawa Wielka

2) Janusz Korczak Primary School in Ratowice, Wrocławska 36, 55-003 Ratowice

5. The Contracting Authority requires that the supplied equipment be new, unused and undamaged.

and qualitative expected by the Ordering Party.

7. When delivering equipment, the Contractor is obliged to attach instructions in English.
