Undervisningsbygg shall enter into parallel framework agreements for the total delivery of pavilions. This is to include engineering design services, all the necessary ground work, erection/assembly and rent, including running the pavilions, as well as disassembly and rigging down.

Buying the pavilions where a rent contract has been signed could be relevant. The framework agreement is, however, as a starting point, only for the rent of pavilions.

The framework agreement will apply for all schools in Oslo.

Call-offs in the framework agreement will be regulated by NS 8407 with Undervisningsbygg's adaptations, as well as the terms stipulated in each call-off. Undervisningsbygg's standard rent contract with annexes as well as adaptations for each project will apply from the take over of the ready established pavilion.
