The object of the contract is the supply and installation of complementary material for the replacement by renewal of current (non-LED) luminaires for luminaires with LED technology from different municipalities in the Alt Penedès region to achieve greater energy savings.

The contract provides for the supplementary supply of materials up to a maximum of 1,730 points in the planned replacement actions in six municipalities of Alt Penedès, in accordance with the specifications of the PPT. This contract is linked to the contracts for the supply and installation of the luminaires of the municipalities that will be carried out by the Consell Comarcal itself and becomes complementary to them. In this sense, it is necessary to attend to the conditions included in the PPT in order to coordinate the work and correct execution of the contract. The items and areas to be executed that appear in the specifications and in the PPTs are the maximum number that the winning company must supply and install in coordination and jointly with the construction management and the company awarded the main contract mentioned above.
