The contract includes the provision of insurance services for the Beerse Municipality, AGB and OCMW as described in the technical provisions of the specifications and included in the inventory.
This assignment is reserved for insurance companies only.
If his registered office is not established in Belgium, the tenderer must have a branch or representative in Belgium, where they are able to provide contacts with the client both in writing and orally in Dutch.
The contract is subdivided into the following lots:
— Lot 1: 'Accidents of Occupation',
— Lot 2: “Hospitalisation”,
— Lot 3: “Liability, Heritage and Vehicles”.
Work accidentsThe guarantee of the insurance contract should apply to all accidents that could be victims of staff on the occasion of any service assignment, both at home and abroad, regardless of the nature of the means of transport used.
HospitalizationThe healthcare/hospitalization plan will be closed in the form of collective insurance.
The titular holder has the choice between two guarantee formulas. The choice made must be identical to the titular holder and members of his/her family.
Liability, Heritage and Vehicles.This insurance should apply to civil extra-contractual liability which may be charged to the municipality and the AGB, its bodies and appointed persons, the personnel made available and all persons, whether or not remunerated, who are civil could jeopardize the municipality's liability, including the reception phrases. In addition, this section aims to insure the fleet, heritage and all other risks of the insurance taker (municipality, OCMW and AGB).
