Level 1 and Tier 2 support for Chorus IS applicationsBundle 1 is for Level 1 support for Chorus Pro, TRACK, DUME and TNCP applications, to companies and public sector entities as well as Tier 2 support for Chorus Pro, CPRO Exchange System, TRACK, Chorus Core, Chorus Forms, Chorus Decision Making (BW/BO), Chorus ODA, Chorus CAN, Atlas Proxy System, System Exchange Chorus and Chorus DT, through departmental Level 1 media.
Third party maintenance of Chorus CANLot 2 is intended for the corrective, preventive and scalable, application and technical maintenance of Chorus CAN.
Third party maintenance of the technical base of the Chorus ISBatch 3 is intended for the corrective, preventive and scalable maintenance of the technical base of the Chorus SI, including common tools for support and maintenance (including Servicenow).
