This assignment concerns the security of the school and related activities, by 2 officials, the current activities are:

Office worker 1

Service in the main entrance hall, visit registration, telephone, administrative, daily reporting, package handling, etc.

Office worker 2

Mon-Tue-Wed-Thu-Fri morning 1 hour gate primary school service

Mon-Tue-Wed-Thu-Fri Midday 1/2 hour gate service primary school

Mon-Tue-Thu end of afternoon 1/2 hour gate service primary school

Mon-Tue-Wed-Thu-Fri control of people in the building

Mon-Tue-Wed-Thu-Fri control building prevention (emergency doors, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, etc.)

Current schedule:

Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday

Office Worker 1 8: 00-16: 30 9: 30-18: 00 8: 00-16: 30 8: 00-16: 30 8: 00-16: 30 Total 40 hours

Office Worker 2 8: 30-17: 00 8: 30-17: 00 8: 30-17: 00 8: 30-17: 00 8: 30-17: 00 Total 40 hours

European School Bergen currently has one (1) physical security contractor for the security of this location. The current value bet is around 4,000 hours a year,

The indicative requested time move is in the appendix with the Schedule of Requirements and the Price Sheet.

Desired situation

The aforementioned activities will not change, however, the new starting time will be 7:00 AM and the new closing time will be 7:30 PM, excluding weekends and public holidays. Then no occupation is required. The winning tenderer will make a schedule in consultation with the contracting authority, whereby an occupation of 2 officials is guaranteed during these times.

Current and desired situation Lot 2

There is currently a mobile lodge at the main entrance, due to changing regulations, this lodge is no longer in accordance with the new regulations and, in accordance with the Schedule of Requirements, a new lodge must be installed by mid-August 2019.
