The planned area consists of 2 components:

Component 1:

renovated existing inn (basement, ground floor, upper floor and DG) with new ground floor extensions

Component 2:

New construction of a ground-floor event hall with basement adjoining rooms on the south side and basement foyer on the west side

The foyer connects component 1 and component 2.

The carpentry work is mainly built-in furniture, wall cladding or panelling, a bar and a tea kitchen in the renovated, existing inn.
