Tuomi Logistics Ltd will compete with electronic movement aids for medical rehabilitation. The Hank includes the medical districts of the University Hospital of Tampere; Pirkanmaa, Kanta-Häme and South Ostrobothnia.

Electronic movement aids (electric wheelchairs, electric mopeds, auxiliary power devices for manual wheelchairs) are aids in medical rehabilitation. Assistive equipment is made available to the customer based on an individual needs assessment. The Electronic Movement Auxiliary shall strengthen the client's conditions for autonomous movement and support inclusion in necessary daily activities.

The value of the acquisition has been calculated for four (4) years (0% VAT), which is distributed by medical district as follows:

— PSHP: 49%

— EPSHP: 26%

— Kanta-Häme: 24%.

The procurement is divided into parts so that products are selected in the product categories in the following manner:

1. Electric Wheelchairs

1.1. Electric wheelchair, rear-wheel drive (basic model); choose two (2) products

1.2. Electric wheelchair, rear-wheel drive (equipped); two (2) products are selected

1.3. Electric wheelchair (middle wheel); two (2) products are selected

2. Electric mopeds

2.1. 3-wheel electric moped (125 cm or under); one (1) product is selected

2.2. 3-wheel electric moped (more than 125 cm); select one (1) product

2.3. 4-wheel electric moped (max. 130 cm); select one (1) product

3. Auxiliary power equipment for manual wheelchairs

3.1. Electric coiling lighters; select one (1) product

3.2. Electric driving equipment; joystick controlled; select one (1) product

3.3. Electric thrust aids/instruments; select one (1) product

3.4. Additional power unit (switching position at the back); one (1) product is selected.

The same vendor may be selected for more focus groups.

In the case of end-users for whom, due to injury or quality of illness, an auxiliary can not be found from a selected contract supplier with individually defined needs, the subscriber shall be entitled to obtain the necessary aid from a non-contract vender/contract vendors.

The subscriber is not bound by the estimate of the contract amount. Order volumes may vary from year to year.
