Rakkestad municipality invites tenderers to a tender contest for a framework agreement for laundry services. The framework agreement shall include laundry services for workwear and flat textiles The service includes the hire of textiles, laundry of hired textiles, laundry of the municipality´s own workwear, distribution of laundered textiles and the collection of laundered textiles. Rakkestad municipality has a current framework agreement for the purchase of workwear for unit health, an option for the hire and washing of workwear is included at the end of this agreement.

Rakkestad municipality invites tenderers to a tender contest for a framework agreement for laundry services. The framework agreement shall include laundry services for workwear and flat textiles The service includes the hire of textiles, laundry of hired textiles, laundry of the municipality´s own workwear, distribution of laundered textiles and the collection of laundered textiles. Rakkestad municipality has a current framework agreement for the purchase of workwear for unit health, an option for the hire and washing of workwear is included at the end of this agreement. All other municipal entities with a need for laundry services shall have the same terms for entering into the agreement.

The contract period will be 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year.

The value of the procurement is anticipated to be approx. NOK 1,250,000 excluding VAT, including options. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. The stated volume is estimates based on statistics and obtained information. The contracting authority´s need can vary from year to year. The consumption will also depend on changed financial frames, organisational alterations, municipal activities and public injunctions
