2. Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the contract are an integral part of the description of the subject of the contract and are included in Parts III and IV of the SWZ.

3. The Contracting Authority requires that the contractor has a contract concluded with the Distribution System Operator (DSO), i.e. Enea Operator Sp. z o.o. for the provision of electricity distribution services by DSOs (applies to contractors who do not own the distribution network).
