1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the investment: “Construction of sanitary plumbing in Wrzosowa Street in Bolesław”. The task will be carried out on the basis of project documentation and construction permit - Decision No 132/2022 of 01.03.2022 issued by Starost Olkuski.

2. The scope of execution of the subject matter of the contract shall include

2.1. the implementation of gravity sanitary sewerage within Wrzosowa Street, discharging sewage into the existing sanitary sewer network in Chmielna Street with the implementation of sewer connections:

(a) gravity channel must be made from PVC pipes Solid wall of class S, SN8, SDR34 with a diameter Ø200x5,9 and a total length of 121,60 m. 6 pcs of PP plastic sinks with diameter Ø1000 with relief concrete cone or relief ring must be built on the channel. Wells equip with cast iron hatches class D400 type SLW60.

b) sewer connections must be made from PVC pipes solid wall of class S, SN8, SDR34 with a diameter Ø160x4,7 and a total length of 55,70 m. 8 pcs of plastic inspection wells of PP diameter Ø315 must be built on the joints. Wells equip with cast iron hatches class D400 type SLW60.

2.2. execution of the project to change the organization of traffic for the duration of the works carried out,

2.3. the execution of the marking and security of the site of works in accordance with the project to change the organization of traffic,

2.4. obtaining from the owners of parcels of declarations of restoration after construction of the land plot to due condition and order, the model statement is Annex 13 to the SWZ,

2.5. the execution of the pavement restoration, according to the design documentation and the object of the works,

2.6. the development of complete as-built documentation with CCTV inspection with the help of an industrial camera with the measurement of the longitudinal profile of the pipeline — paper version — 1 set and electronic (PDF format on the drive media) — 1 pc. ,

2.7. Surveying support with as-built surveying inventory and geodetic sketch execution — 4 set, well cards — 2 set and electronic version (PDF format on the flash drive) — 2 pcs, confirming the declaration to the resources of the relevant geodesic and cartographic centre,

2.8. obtaining statements by owners and users of underground networks about non-infringement of their resources,

2.9. effective declaration of completion of construction to the District Construction Supervision Inspectorate in Olkusz.
