HA Hessen Agentur GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of the state of Hesse and must prepare its annual financial statements in accordance with the regulations for large corporations. The subject of the audit is also the review of the regularity of the management and the economic situation in accordance with the Basic Budget Act.

The audit of the financial statements for the 2022 - 2025 financial years for HA Hessen Agentur GmbH and its subsidiaries is to be commissioned.

Furthermore, tax and commercial law consulting services are also to be transferred to the business and tax audit firm during this period.
