This outsourcing concerns the performance of water scans in SMEs that have a minimum water consumption of 500 m³/year. The assignment is awarded to a maximum of six service providers / contractors. VLAIO (Agency for Innovation and Entrepreneurship) will initially order water scans per ten pieces for each of the contractors. The contractor is therefore only assured of the execution of ten scans at the start of the assignment, but of course has a chance of being assigned more scans as he successfully carries out the assignment. Under no circumstances should the advice in the water scan be directed towards suppliers of technologies.
In principle, each contractor signs up for 50 scans. A total of 300 scans are planned, to be carried out over a period of three years.
