The subject of the contract is the execution of "Winter maintenance of roads and streets administered by the District Roads Authority in Ostróda in winter seasons 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26" divided into parts: Part No. 1: "Winter maintenance of roads and county streets in the city and municipality of Morąg and the municipality of Łukta (seasons 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26)"; Part No. 2: "Winter maintenance of roads and district streets in the Małdyty commune (seasons 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26)".

Winter maintenance of roads and county streets in the city and municipality of Morąg and the municipality of Łukta (seasons 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26)

1. The Contractor shall prepare:

a. a carrier or tractor with a power exceeding 80 kM dual-drive with a medium plough with a rubber blade -2 pcs.

b. carrier or tractor with a power exceeding 80 kM dual-drive with a bow plough -1 pc.

c. chargers with capacity spoons min. 0.9 m3 (used in case of extremely adverse weather conditions) -1 pc

2. The Contractor's obligations include, m.in:

a. snow removal of district roads (urban and extra-urban);

b. ensuring the availability of the Contractor's employees responsible for the proper performance of the service;

c. marking vehicles in the manner specified by the Ordering Party - yellow flashes.

3. The Contractor shall notify the duty officer of the Road Circuit No. 2 in Morag about the time of commencement and end of work on the winter action on a given day.

4. In the event of adverse weather conditions, the Contractor shall substitute the ordered equipment within the time offered in the offer form from the moment of telephone notification by the Road Circuit Manager or the Circuit on duty, regardless of the time of day.

5. The Contracting Authority shall specify the routes on which the winter action takes place and may change them in order to facilitate the performance of the task, informing the Contractor about it.

6. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the list of roads and streets subject to winter maintenance.

Winter maintenance of roads and county streets in the Małdyty commune (seasons 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26)

1. The Contractor shall prepare:

a. a carrier or tractor with a power exceeding 80 kM dual-drive with a medium plough with a rubber blade -1 pc.

b. chargers with capacity spoons min. 0,9 m3 -1 pc.

2. The Contractor's obligations include, m.in:

a. snow removal of district roads and loading of excess snow on self-unloading trucks substituted by the Ordering Party;

b. ensuring the availability of the Contractor's employees responsible for the proper performance of the service;

c. marking vehicles in the manner specified by the Ordering Party - yellow flashes.

3. The Contractor shall notify the duty officer of the Road Circuit No. 2 in Morag about the time of commencement and end of work on the winter action on a given day.

4. In the event of adverse weather conditions, the Contractor shall substitute the ordered equipment within the time offered in the offer form from the moment of telephone notification by the Road Circuit Manager or the Circuit on duty, regardless of the time of day.

5. The charger can be - at the request of the Ordering Party - used in other municipalities (Morąg, Łukta, Miłakowo)

6. The Contracting Authority allows for the possibility of changing the place of work of the loader to other municipalities in order to facilitate the smoothness of the task – the Contracting Authority shall inform the contractor about the change of routes.

7. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the list of roads subject to winter maintenance
