1. The subject of the contract is to perform maintenance level P4-2 activities of the SA106-007 rail bus together with retrofitting works.

2. The Contractor undertakes to provide services to the extent provided for in the Maintenance System Documentation (DSU), Technical and Operational Documentation (DTR) of the vehicle and the devices installed in it and the Instructions for the maintenance of railway vehicles with Pt-5 drive.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including detailed conditions for the execution of the contract, is contained in Annex 10 to the SWZ, constituting a model contract for the contract, including Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement.

4. The Ordering Party shall not allow the submission of variant tenders.

5. The subject of the contract is defined by the CPV code – 50222000-7 Services in the field of repair and maintenance of rolling stock.

6. The Contracting Authority shall establish requirements for maintaining the confidential nature of the information provided to the Contractors in the course of the proceedings. The "Maintenance System Documentation (DSU)" is of a confidential nature.
