Husbanken intends to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier of smart phones with the accompanying services and additional equipment. The contract shall also include repair services for telephones that the contracting authority already has in addition to telephones procured within the new contract. The procurements will mainly be made when there is a need for replacements. It is estimated that up to 160 telephones will need to be replaced each year. By establishing a framework agreement with a supplier for the procurement of smart phones, with the accompanying services, Husbanken would like, as the customer, to achieve efficient procurement routines, good service and the best possible telephony systems.

The framework agreement will give the contracting authority a right, but not an obligation, to procure products.
