The State Spatial Planning and Construction Inspectorate under the Ministry of the Environment provides for the purchase of the application software (hereinafter referred to as “IS “Infostatybos” or IS) of the Republic of Lithuania building permits and construction state supervision information system “Infostatybos” (hereinafter referred to as “Infostatybos” or IS) and development services consisting of: 1) IS “Infoconstruction” PV base support services which are provided on a continuous basis; 2) outsourcing of IT “Infostatyba” PV development services, which are provided in accordance with the hourly rate of one expert of the supplier specified in the tender at the orders of the contracting authority in accordance with the actual time for the provision of these services, agreed with the Contracting Authority. The description, volumes, features and technical requirements of the Services to be purchased are set out in the Technical Specification (Annex 2 to the Conditions of Purchase).
Services consist of:
1. IS “Infoconstruction” of the base support services of the PO, which are provided on an ongoing basis;
2. Outsourced IS “Infostatyba” for the development services of PEs, which are provided at the hourly rate of one expert of the supplier specified in the tender at the contracting authority's orders in accordance with the actual time spent in the provision of these services, coordinated with the Contracting Authority.
The description, scope, characteristics and technical requirements of the Purchasing Services are set out in the Technical Specification (Appendix 2 to the Purchase Terms and Conditions).
The maximum amount of EUR 413,336,00 inclusive of VAT is allocated for the provision of outsourced IS “Infostatyba” development services.
Services are provided for 36 (thirty-six) months from the date of entry into force of the contract. The contract shall be effective as of the date of filing the proper performance of the contract, but not earlier than 10-04-2022-04-20and shall remain in effect until the fulfilment of all obligations under the contract.
